Police taped off part of Wesley Avenue in Hounslow on Thursday evening, 15 October. Several police vehicles and an ambulance were at the scene.
Footage shared with UB1UB2 was filmed from an upstairs window at about 6.45pm. It shows police tape stretched across the residential road, blue lights flashing and emergency workers gathered further along the street behind the cordon.
A marked police car, a police van and an ambulance service response car can be seen parked inside the taped-off area. Other vehicles were stopped beyond the cordon.
What is and is not confirmed
The person who filmed the scene said police detained someone, and that officers closed the road where it splits three ways.
The Metropolitan Police has not confirmed an arrest or said what the incident was. It has not said whether anyone was hurt, why the ambulance was called or how long the cordon stayed in place.
The London Ambulance Service has not commented on why it was called.
